Jamoi Clement Bougouneau, 22, of Riviera Beach, Florida, is accused of threatening another man with a .38-caliber handgun that police found on him when he was apprehended later that night in another dormitory on campus. The updated warrant identified three other men as being with Bougouneau when the victim reportedly was robbed of money and marijuana.

Lenawee County neighbors assault trial closes with guilty verdict
The jury of four women and two men found that James Welzbacher, 72, threatened Stanley Sala of Brooklyn with a large, ball-peen hammer during an altercation late on July 4, 2014, at Sala’s daughter’s home on Devils Lake. The jurors deliberated for about a half-hour after about six hours of testimony, motions and arguments.
