ADRIAN — A Michigan Court of Appeals panel has rejected an Inkster man's appeals of his conviction and sentences in a 2016 murder case.The three judges were not pursuaded by arguments made on behalf of Sim Ervin King, who is serving 33 years and 3 months to 60 years after being convicted by a jury in November 2017 of second-degree murder, assault with intent to murder and felony firearm.
