JONESVILLE — A Jonesville man was arraigned Friday in Hillsdale County District Court on several charges related to child pornography possession and distribution.Richard Hartsell, 29, was arrested July 11 following an investigation Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, according to a news release.
