ADRIAN — Charges have been refiled against a Jasper man accused of causing the overdose death of an Adrian man in 2017.Richard Roy Rutledge, 41, of Jasper was arraigned Friday in Lenawee County District Court on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance causing death. He is accused of delivering to another person the butalbital, cocaine, codeine, fentanyl or morphine that was consumed by Bruce Rose. Rose died from the drugs April 3, 2017, in Fairfield Township.
