ADRIAN — An Ohio teenager was arraigned Wednesday on 20 charges related to auto thefts reported during the summer in Fairfield Township and Morenci.Sergio Reyna, 19, of Wauseon is charged with 11 felonies and nine misdemeanors, including larceny of a firearm.
