ADRIAN — Authorities on Thursday charged a 26-year-old man with entering an apartment on Frank Street on Tuesday and killing a man inside and stealing a cellphone.A news release issued Thursday afternoon by the Adrian Police Department said Kevin Lee Barnett killed David Howard Paradine, 48, during a home invasion.Barnett said he does not have an address or phone number during the arraignment in Lenawee County District Court.
