ADRIAN — The conviction and life sentence for the 2014 murder of a Woodstock Township man has been upheld by a Michigan Court of Appeals panel.Michael Thorn Anderson, 59, was convicted in September 2015 of killing Larry Kenneth Smith, 66, on July 20, 2014, at a house they and Anderson’s girlfriend shared in Woodstock Township.
