ADRIAN — Medicaid payments made for a woman whose medical condition is the center of a malpractice lawsuit allowed a Michigan agency to join the case this week.Dr. Paul Byrnes of Adrian last year sued Lynwood Manor nursing home in Adrian, Toledo-based ProMedica and a doctor and nurse practitioner at Lynwood, claiming his wife suffered serious injuries during a stay at Lynwood in 2014.
