A Detroit man was sentenced to a year in jail on a charge of providing heroin to an inmate in the Lenawee County Jail. Freddie, also known as Torrey, Darnell Marshall Sr., 38, was sentenced Wednesday in Lenawee County Circuit Court.Marshall and another man, Matthew Eugene Bowerman, overdosed on heroin May 6 while incarcerated at the jail.
