ADRIAN — A reported domestic assault early Sunday morning culminated in a man allegedly biting off the tip of a woman’s pinky finger.Austin Michael Buehrer, 24, of Archbold, Ohio, is charged with assault with intent to commit great bodily harm and assault with intent to maim in the incident at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday at the Taco Bell restaurant on South Main Street.
