A 16-year-old Adrian boy faces a July 13 hearing on carjacking and weapons charges after an effort to reach a plea agreement failed Wednesday in Lenawee County Circuit Court.A not-guilty plea was entered for Gabriel Lucas Hawkins and he was returned to the Maurice Spear Campus youth facility, where he has been held since the April 10 incident in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Madison Township.Hawkins allegedly ran from the store after attempting to steal merchandise.
